Winter Twilight is designed using colors from the Winter Twilight Kimono and features the stark but brilliant night-time colors of the changing sky-scape of twilight from sunset to the edge of night as well as a snowy frosty wintertime landscape. This vessel is one of the largest table sculptures ever made by the artists and has been shaped specifically to represent a mountain landscape. The sculpture rests in a metal stand custom made with legs that resemble icicles.
